Pakistani President Sends Message of Goodwill to Iran’s Supreme Leader and President
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari conveyed a message of goodwill to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian as his plane entered Iranian airspace en route to Baghdad.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Pakistani Presidency in Islamabad issued a statement confirming that President Asif Ali Zardari sent a message of goodwill to Iran’s top officials as his aircraft entered Iranian airspace while traveling from Islamabad to Baghdad.
The statement noted that the message was addressed to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian of Iran. President Zardari emphasized mutual respect and the enhancement of regional relations in his communication.
