According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an Israeli drone strike hit a vehicle on the Quneitra-Aqtaneet road near Sidon in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. Lebanese sources confirmed the attack, which also reportedly targeted the town of Houla.
Simultaneously, the Israeli military claimed to have struck several Hezbollah operatives in the Sidon region. The escalation comes amid warnings from Lebanese officials about Israeli preparations for a broader military operation against Lebanon, with Arab and global entities reportedly issuing alerts.
Israeli media further asserted that the military has finalized plans for a large-scale offensive against Hezbollah positions, heightening fears of further violence in the region.
