Gaza Death Toll Rises to 406 Since Ceasefire, Palestinian Health Ministry Reports

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reported on the latest casualties, stating that five people were killed and three others injured in the past 24 hours due to continued Israeli attacks. Among the victims, one was killed by gunfire, while four others were recovered from under rubble in damaged areas.
The ministry noted that many victims remain trapped under debris or in inaccessible areas, with rescue efforts hindered by unsafe conditions and a lack of equipment. Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the total death toll has reached 406, with 1,118 injured. Additionally, 653 bodies have been recovered from the rubble during this period.
The overall death toll from the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, now stands at 70,942, with 171,195 injured. The ministry also warned of the dangerous impact of adverse weather conditions, reporting one fatality from a collapsed building, bringing the total number of such casualties to 16.
