Drone Attack in Sudan’s Kordofan Leaves Multiple Casualties Amid Escalating Conflict
A drone strike in Sudan’s Kordofan region has resulted in several deaths and injuries, with reports indicating civilian casualties as clashes between the army and Rapid Support Forces intensify.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a military source confirmed that a drone attack in Kordofan, Sudan, caused limited damage to a building. Media sources reported that the drones also targeted a civilian vehicle, killing at least four people. Kordofan has recently witnessed escalating armed clashes between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The ongoing civil war in Sudan, which began in April 2023 due to disputes over the integration of the RSF into the national military, has displaced approximately 13 million people.
