Israeli Officials Issue New Statements Against Iran, Vow Military Action

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made bold claims about military capabilities and regional threats, targeting Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas in recent statements.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant asserted that the Israeli Air Force is prepared to make “bold and decisive decisions” to target enemies anywhere. Gallant claimed that the events prior to October 7 would not be repeated and emphasized efforts to pressure Lebanon into disarming Hezbollah. He also stated that Israeli security agencies are closely monitoring developments in Iran, though he declined to provide further details. Gallant further alleged that unprecedented measures had been taken to counter Iran’s strategic capabilities, with the Air Force playing a key role.

Gallant reiterated Israel’s stance on maintaining control over the occupied Golan Heights in Syria, vowing not to withdraw. He also claimed that most Yemeni commanders had been targeted and that Houthi forces would not be allowed to rearm.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Israel had “changed the face of the Middle East” through military achievements with regional and international implications. He boasted that Israeli-developed weapons now protect European skies and warned that any attack on Israel would be met with severe retaliation. Netanyahu also accused Hamas of violating ceasefire agreements and the Trump administration’s peace plan, alleging that the group had launched another attack and showed no intention of disarming.
