Hezbollah Urges Lebanese Government to Stop Granting Free Concessions to Zionist Enemy

A senior Hezbollah official has called on the Lebanese government to cease offering concessions to Israel, condemning recent Zionist aggressions that led to the martyrdom of a Lebanese soldier.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ali Fayyad, a prominent member of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc in Lebanon’s parliament, has strongly criticized the Lebanese government for its inaction against ongoing Zionist aggressions. Speaking at a ceremony honoring martyrs in southern Lebanon, Fayyad highlighted the recent martyrdom of a Lebanese soldier due to Israeli violations.

Fayyad emphasized that the Zionist enemy continues to occupy Lebanese territories, violate sovereignty, assassinate Lebanese youth, and destroy lives and property. He accused Israel of imposing surrender conditions on Lebanon to depopulate border areas and control the country’s resources.

“We declare loudly before the bodies of our heroic martyrs that the Zionist regime will forever remain our enemy,” Fayyad stated. “It cannot deprive us of our right to defend our homeland or the Lebanese people’s right to a secure and free life.”

He stressed that Hezbollah and the Lebanese army seek to protect national and human rights under international law, including Israel’s withdrawal from Lebanese soil, cessation of hostilities, prisoner releases, and reconstruction of homes.

Fayyad also criticized Lebanese officials for their passivity against Zionist aggression, demanding they clarify the nature of negotiations with Israel. He urged adherence to national principles instead of weakening Lebanon’s position through gratuitous concessions.
