Putin highlighted the importance of the Strategic Partnership Agreement signed between the two nations, which has created favorable conditions for enhanced qualitative and constructive cooperation across various fields.
The Russian leader reiterated Moscow’s steadfast solidarity with the Venezuelan people amid unprecedented external pressures and confirmed Russia’s readiness to maintain close collaboration with Caracas on matters concerning bilateral and international agendas. President Putin also wished his Venezuelan counterpart good health, happiness, and success, while extending his wishes for peace and prosperity to the Venezuelan people.
