Hamas Delegation in Baghdad Discusses Regional Coordination to End Israeli Crimes in Gaza

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a delegation from Hamas, led by senior official Osama Hamdan and including media advisor Taher Al-Nono, held meetings with Iraqi political figures in Baghdad. The discussions focused on implementing the ceasefire agreement, regional and international developments, and strategies to counter Israeli actions in Gaza and the West Bank.
The delegation presented a report on the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, the crimes committed by Israeli forces in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and the conditions faced by Palestinian prisoners. They stressed the necessity of coordinated efforts to end these violations. The meetings also highlighted the historical ties between Hamas and Iraq, acknowledging Iraq’s consistent support for the Palestinian cause.
Strategies to support Palestinian resilience and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital were also discussed during the talks.
