Iraq Condemns Terrorist Attack on Worshipers in Homs Mosque

Iraq’s Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned a terrorist attack targeting worshipers at the Imam Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in Homs, Syria, which resulted in multiple civilian casualties.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iraq‘s Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Friday condemning the terrorist attack on worshipers at the Imam Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque in the Wadi al-Dhahab neighborhood of Homs, Syria. The attack led to the deaths of several innocent civilians.

The statement emphasized Iraq’s firm opposition to all forms of terrorism, violence, and extremism that target civilians and places of worship, aiming to destabilize security and incite strife in communities.

Additionally, the ministry reaffirmed Iraq’s support for regional and international efforts to eradicate terrorism and cut off its resources. It also extended condolences and solidarity to the families of the victims.
