Gaza Death Toll Rises to 70,945 as Israeli Attacks Continue
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza has released updated casualty figures from Israeli military attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023. The latest report indicates 70,945 fatalities and 171,211 injuries resulting from the ongoing conflict.
The ministry also confirmed that one additional body was recovered and transported to a hospital in the past 48 hours, during which 16 more people sustained injuries. Thousands remain unaccounted for, believed to be trapped beneath debris.
Since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2025, 410 people have been killed and 1,134 wounded. Recovery efforts during this period have retrieved the bodies of 654 victims from under the wreckage.
