Germany Unable to Analyze Black Box of Crashed Libyan Military Plane in Turkey

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, German authorities have confirmed their inability to analyze the black box data from the crashed Libyan military aircraft due to insufficient technical resources. The plane, carrying a high-ranking Libyan delegation, went down in Turkey.
Reports indicate that Libya and Turkey have agreed to appoint the UK as a neutral country to examine the black box data. Turkish Transport Minister Ali Yerlikaya previously stated that, following preliminary assessments, the black box would be analyzed in a neutral nation.
Turkey’s Interior Minister emphasized during a press conference at the crash site near Ankara that the bodies of the victims had been transferred to forensic authorities for official procedures. Libya has dispatched a 29-member team to assist in the investigation, and the black box has been recovered.
CNN Turk reported that among the eight fatalities were Mohammed al-Haddad, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, and French crew members. All passengers aboard the aircraft were confirmed dead.
