Russian Air Defense Neutralizes Drone Attacks Targeting Moscow
Moscow’s air defense systems intercepted and destroyed eight drones heading toward the capital, as confirmed by Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, amid ongoing tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian air defense forces under the Ministry of Defense successfully neutralized eight drones en route to Moscow, Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced. The mayor emphasized that any drones approaching the capital would be immediately destroyed.
Despite multiple rounds of negotiations, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine persists, with territorial disputes remaining the primary obstacle to a resolution. Both nations are striving to maintain and expand their controlled territories to gain strategic advantages on the battlefield and in diplomatic talks.
