Gaza Health Official Accuses Israel of Targeted War Against Palestinian Children

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Munir al-Bursh, a health official in Gaza, has accused Israel of launching a targeted war against Palestinian children from the first hours of its offensive, endangering their lives, health, and normal development. He described these actions as part of an organized plan to erase generations and threaten the demographic future of the Palestinian people.
Al-Bursh stated that, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry, the occupying regime has directly killed over 20,000 children and severely injured 44,000 others since the start of the war. He emphasized that Israel’s actions extend beyond military operations, resembling a systematic policy of genocide against Palestinian children.
The health official further noted that the occupation forces have not limited their attacks to bombings but have also blocked the entry of essential nutritional supplements for children and pregnant women, including milk, folic acid, iron, and other vital elements for healthy fetal and child development. He described this as a deliberate and targeted policy aimed at creating a generation with growth abnormalities, mental retardation, stunted growth, and serious health issues, the consequences of which may emerge years later.
Al-Bursh reported alarming evidence, including the birth of 156 fetuses with congenital abnormalities since the war began, many of whom died shortly after birth due to the severity of their conditions. Examples include infants born without noses or with incomplete limbs.
In conclusion, he asserted that these indicators undeniably show Israel’s occupying regime is targeting both living children and wombs.
