Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades Confirm Death of Spokesperson Abu Obeida and Other Senior Commanders
Hamas’ military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, announced the death of its spokesperson Abu Obeida and several senior commanders, while introducing a new spokesperson.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, confirmed the death of its spokesperson Abu Obeida and several other senior commanders. The group also announced the appointment of a new spokesperson.
The new spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades revealed on Monday that Abu Obeida, the former spokesperson, had been killed. Additionally, the group confirmed the deaths of Muhammad al-Sanwar (brother of the late Yahya al-Sanwar), Muhammad Shabana, commander of the Rafah Brigade, Hakam al-Aisa, also known as Abu Omar, a senior commander, and Raed Saad, another high-ranking leader.
