Israeli Minister Calls for Arming Settlers Amid Escalating West Bank Violence

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has demanded the arming of settlers in Kiryat Shmona, continuing his aggressive policies as attacks on Palestinian villages intensify.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Israeli National Security Minister, has called for the arming of settlers in the occupied settlement of Kiryat Shmona in northern occupied territories. During a visit to the area, Ben-Gvir announced the establishment of a training base to instruct settlers on weapon use. Earlier this month, he had already listed 19 settlements and occupied regions for arming their residents. This move comes as settler attacks on Palestinian communities in the West Bank escalate, with violent raids targeting villages and burning homes and properties.
