SDF Forces Target Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham Positions in Northern Syria
Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have attacked military positions of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in northern Syria, retaliating against recent drone strikes near the Tishrin Dam.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced they targeted a military position of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) in northern Syria. The SDF stated the attack was in response to recent drone strikes by HTS near the Tishrin Dam.
The SDF reported that HTS elements carried out additional attacks around the Tishrin Dam earlier today, following previous drone strikes. Tensions between Damascus and the SDF have escalated in northeastern Syria since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
