Turkish Defense Minister Announces Readiness for All Scenarios Regarding SDF Forces in Syria
Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler stated that Turkey is prepared for all eventualities concerning the SDF forces in Syria, emphasizing the need for their integration into the Syrian Army by the end of the year.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler declared that Turkey is ready for all scenarios regarding the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) as the deadline for their integration into the Syrian Army approaches at the end of this year. Güler stressed that the SDF must be integrated into the Syrian Army separately, not as an independent entity or unit, and rejected any alternative arrangements as genuine integration. He also highlighted that Turkey conducted its operations in Syria in 2016 with the presence of the US and Russia, without consulting any other parties.
