Russia Warns of Shadow Government Plot in EU and UK to Spark World War III
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian President’s Special Representative for International Economic Cooperation, has alleged that a covert network within the European Union and United Kingdom is attempting to provoke World War III through anti-Russian propaganda campaigns.
Dmitriev welcomed recent statements by Tulsi Gabbard, Director of US National Intelligence, who dismissed media reports claiming Russia plans to dominate Ukraine and former Soviet states. The Russian envoy commended Gabbard for both exposing fabricated allegations against Russia during the Obama and Biden administrations and now revealing what he called “the war-mongering machinery of the shadow government” operating across Britain and the EU.
The special representative emphasized the need to restore rationality, peace, and security in international relations, while maintaining that current tensions stem from Western attempts to isolate Russia through false narratives.
