Russia Downs 168 Ukrainian Drones as Putin Vows Victory, Zelenskyy Seeks Peace

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported intercepting and destroying 168 Ukrainian drones over various regions of Russia during the past night. The announcement came amid escalating tensions as Moscow continues its military operations in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated his belief in Russia’s eventual victory in the conflict, according to reports. This statement contrasts with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recent remarks about peace negotiations.
Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine remains 10% away from achieving peace, emphasizing his nation’s desire to end the war but not at any cost. ‘Ukraine wants the war to end, but not at any price,’ Zelenskyy declared. ‘We will not sign a weak peace agreement that would only prolong the war. Any signature on weak agreements would only lead to further escalation of the conflict.’
