Unprecedented Insecurity in Occupied Territories: 2025 Marks Year of Death and Internal Strife

A Zionist newspaper reports record-high road fatalities and violent crimes in the occupied territories, attributing the crisis to the Netanyahu government’s negligence and internal challenges.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Zionist newspaper ‘Calcalist’ has highlighted a surge in road fatalities and violent crimes in the occupied territories, with 2025 witnessing unprecedented loss of life. The report underscores the Israeli regime’s cabinet negligence, leading to 455 settler deaths in traffic accidents this year alone.

Calcalist also noted a sharp rise in violent crimes, with 46 murders recorded in 2025 and 47 in 2024—figures unseen in the past decade. The newspaper linked the crisis to the Netanyahu government’s inefficiency amid challenges such as the Haredi conscription crisis, rising public debt, and soaring living costs, while accusing the cabinet of evading responsibility.
