Russian Forces Encircle Ukrainian Supply Routes in Donetsk as Moscow Reports Drone Interceptions

Russian military officials claim Ukrainian troops have lost maneuverability in the Dobropillia area of Donetsk, with supply routes now encircled, while Moscow reports downing at least 23 Ukrainian drones.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian forces have effectively cut off Ukrainian military supply lines in the Dobropillia region of Donetsk, according to a Russian officer cited by Sputnik. The officer stated that Ukrainian armed forces have lost their operational mobility in the area, with Russian troops now able to engage targets from extended ranges.

Despite nighttime attempts to advance, Ukrainian units reportedly lack the tactical flexibility to maneuver effectively. The Russian Army has established a blockade around Ukrainian reinforcement routes in newly contested Donetsk territories.

In a related development, Moscow’s mayor confirmed the interception of at least 23 Ukrainian drones headed toward the Russian capital yesterday. The unmanned aircraft were reportedly neutralized before reaching their intended targets.
