Hungarian PM Orban Warns of Global Order Collapse Amid US Actions Against Venezuela

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has asserted that the current global order is collapsing, citing recent US actions against Venezuela as further proof. In a Facebook post, Orban stated that the return of US President Donald Trump to the White House dealt a blow to the liberal world order.
Orban emphasized that the new world has yet to take clear shape, predicting even more unstable, unpredictable, and dangerous years ahead. He reiterated Hungary’s stance of avoiding involvement in conflicts, stating, ‘We do not want to send our youth to the frontlines of war, nor do we want to destroy our country or economy. We want to stay out of the war in Ukraine.’
The Hungarian leader also referenced the international outcry over the US attempt to capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, which many countries condemned as a violation of the UN Charter and international law.
