China Condemns U.S. Actions as Threat to Global Peace and Security
China’s deputy UN representative strongly condemned unilateral U.S. measures against Venezuela, warning they threaten international peace and security during Monday’s Security Council meeting.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, China has issued a strong condemnation of U.S. unilateral actions against Venezuela during Monday’s UN Security Council session. Deputy Chinese UN Representative stated that Washington’s prioritization of military action over diplomacy and its influence over multilateralism poses a threat to peace and security in Latin America and internationally.
The Chinese representative expressed deep shock at what was described as U.S. aggression against Venezuela and the alleged abduction of its lawfully elected president. Beijing firmly denounced these actions as unilateral, illegal, and bullying behavior that violates international norms.
