UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer Asserts Only Greenland and Denmark Should Decide Greenland’s Future

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer declared on Monday that Greenland and Denmark must be the sole decision-makers regarding Greenland’s future, rejecting any external interference. Starmer emphasized his support for Greenland alongside Denmark, calling it a close European ally and NATO partner.
Starmer also addressed the US intervention in Venezuela, urging a peaceful transition to democracy without explicitly condemning Washington’s actions. He demanded that the US justify its recent moves against Venezuela’s elected President Nicolás Maduro.
US President Donald Trump had previously warned Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez of severe consequences if she followed Maduro’s path, suggesting Greenland could be next in line for US attention.
