Pakistan and China Call for Elimination of Terrorist Groups in Afghanistan

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Pakistan and China have issued a joint statement urging Afghanistan to take verifiable measures against terrorist groups within its borders. The statement followed the seventh round of strategic dialogues between Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
The two nations expressed their readiness to continue trilateral talks involving Afghanistan and Bangladesh, aiming for sustainable development and regional stability. They also agreed to maintain close coordination on Afghanistan, collaborating with the international community to encourage Kabul to establish an inclusive political framework.
The ministers called for Afghanistan to prevent terrorist organizations from using its territory to threaten neighboring countries’ security. The statement highlighted the necessity of dismantling all terrorist networks in the region.
