Cuba’s Foreign Minister Condemns US President’s Remarks, Vows to Defend Nation
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez strongly criticized the US President in a social media post on Tuesday, accusing him of displaying complete ignorance about Cuba and parroting false narratives pushed by politicians and special interest groups. Rodríguez stated that such remarks insult and threaten the Cuban people.
Rodríguez further condemned what he described as the US President’s disregard for the criminal policies of blockade and economic pressure imposed on Cuba. He emphasized that the brave Cuban people, loyal to their history of struggle, will defend the nation against any imperialist aggression.
The Foreign Minister concluded with a firm declaration: “For this land, we are prepared to sacrifice our lives.”
