Trump Claims California May Be More Corrupt Than Minnesota

U.S. President Donald Trump alleged on Truth Social that California, under Governor Gavin Newsom, might be even more corrupt than Minnesota, while announcing an investigation into fraud in the state.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump asserted on Tuesday via his social media platform, Truth Social, that California, governed by Gavin Newsom, could be more corrupt than Minnesota. He also announced the initiation of an investigation into alleged fraud in the state, stating, “Investigations into California’s fraud have begun. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
This comes after Governor Newsom previously threatened to sue the Trump administration for deploying 300 California National Guard personnel to Oregon. Newsom had criticized the move on social media platform X, following a federal court’s rejection of his attempt to federalize Oregon’s National Guard.
