US Department of Defense Signs Agreement with Lockheed Martin to Triple Patriot Missile Production

The US Department of Defense has signed a seven-year agreement with Lockheed Martin to increase annual production of PAC-3 MSE Patriot missiles from 600 to 2,000 units, aiming to replenish military stockpiles and meet long-term demands.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the US Department of Defense has announced a framework agreement with Lockheed Martin to more than triple the production of PAC-3 MSE Patriot missiles. The seven-year contract will boost annual output from approximately 600 to 2,000 missiles.
The Department of Defense stated that the agreement is designed to replenish weapon stockpiles and address the long-term needs of US forces, allies, and partner nations. The PAC-3 MSE, an advanced variant of the Patriot missile system, is a key component of US and allied air defense strategies.
