U.S. Envoy Reports Progress in Ukraine Peace Talks at Paris Meeting
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Steve Witkauf, the U.S. Special Representative, confirmed progress in negotiations during the Ukraine support meeting in Paris, focusing on bilateral security assurances and economic reconstruction plans. Witkauf stated via social media platform X that substantial advancements were made in critical areas, including a framework for bilateral security guarantees and an economic prosperity initiative.
The envoy emphasized that Washington and its allies remain aligned in their belief that durable security guarantees and robust economic support are essential for achieving lasting peace in Ukraine. He reiterated their commitment to continued collaboration in this effort.
