Maria Machado Declares Readiness to Lead Venezuela Amid Political Shifts

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Maria Machado, a prominent Venezuelan opposition figure, has announced her preparedness to lead Venezuela in line with what she claims is the mandate given to her by the people. In an interview with CBS, Machado emphasized her readiness to assume leadership, asserting that she had already been chosen for this role.
Machado, who was considered a leading candidate to take power in Caracas before the abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro by the U.S., has since been sidelined. Analysts attribute her marginalization to her acceptance of a Nobel Peace Prize, an accolade reportedly desired by President Trump.
In a separate interview with Fox News, Machado lavished praise on Trump, describing him as a champion of peace and justice. She stated, ‘I presented the Nobel Peace Prize to Trump from the outset because I believed he deserved it. Although the opportunity hasn’t arisen yet, I would love to award it to him.’
