Zionist Forces Intensify Attacks on Eastern Gaza, Leaving Several Injured

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Zionist regime’s military has continued its aerial and artillery assaults on eastern Gaza, with armed quadcopter drones directly striking the Shuja’iyya neighborhood in Gaza City. Simultaneously, Israeli artillery shelled eastern areas of the city. In a separate attack, an Israeli drone dropped a bomb near the Sheikh Nasser intersection in eastern Khan Younis, while another quadcopter strike on a residential building’s generator near the Al-Sanafour intersection in Al-Tuffah neighborhood caused a massive fire, injuring several.
Overnight and into the morning, the occupying forces resumed attacks on Gaza, targeting multiple residential areas with explosives and demolishing remaining buildings in eastern zones under their control. Warplanes also conducted raids on eastern Jabalia and Al-Tuffah, accompanied by heavy artillery and armored vehicle fire. Additionally, explosive robots were detonated by the Israeli army in eastern Gaza.
Despite claims of a ceasefire, Al-Tuffah residents describe a reality of relentless bombardment and drone activity near the “Yellow Line”—a boundary established in the October 2025 agreement, where Palestinian entry is banned. The restricted zone covers 58% of Gaza, yet civilians risk direct fire if they approach. Reports indicate explosive packages recently dropped by drones have forced dozens of families to flee, underscoring that the war in eastern Gaza persists.
