Jordan and Turkey Foreign Ministers Discuss Gaza, Syria in Phone Call

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan engaged in a phone conversation on Wednesday. The ministers discussed a range of bilateral matters and reviewed the evolving situations in Gaza, the West Bank, and Syria.
Both sides emphasized the necessity of adhering to the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and advancing to its second phase. They also stressed the urgent need to intensify efforts to halt Israel’s dangerous escalations in the occupied West Bank.
Additionally, the foreign ministers reaffirmed their commitment to continued cooperation and coordination in supporting Syria. They highlighted the importance of backing the Syrian government’s reconstruction efforts and ensuring the security, stability, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and safety of its citizens.
