According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck near Baculin in the southeastern Philippines, as reported by the US Geological Survey (USGS). The quake occurred at a depth of approximately 35 kilometers.

No casualties or significant damage have been reported, and no tsunami warnings have been issued. The Philippines, located in the Pacific Ocean’s seismically active ‘Ring of Fire,’ frequently experiences earthquakes due to its position along major tectonic plate boundaries.
