Plane Crash Near Colombia-Venezuela Border Leaves All 15 Passengers Dead, Including Lawmaker

A plane carrying 15 people, including a member of parliament, crashed near the border between Colombia and Venezuela, with no survivors reported, according to Colombia’s civil aviation authority.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a plane crash near the Colombia-Venezuela border has resulted in the deaths of all 15 individuals on board, including a parliament member. The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority confirmed the incident, which occurred in the border region between the two South American nations.

Initial reports indicate the aircraft was en route when it went down under circumstances still under investigation. Rescue teams were dispatched to the remote crash site, but all passengers and crew were pronounced dead upon arrival.

The tragedy has prompted an immediate response from Colombian authorities, who have launched a full investigation into the cause of the crash. Aviation experts and emergency personnel are working to recover the aircraft’s black box to determine what led to the fatal incident.
