Lufthansa has suspended its night flights to Tel Aviv until Tuesday, as reported by Israeli media, with airline crews citing security risks in the occupied territories.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Lufthansa has canceled its nighttime flights to Tel Aviv until Tuesday, as confirmed by Channel 12 of the Israeli regime’s television network. The decision follows reports from the Hebrew-language newspaper Maariv, which quoted the CEO of Israeli airline Arkia stating that most foreign companies are under pressure from their staff to leave the occupied territories immediately.
The report highlights that airline crews are unwilling to stay overnight in the occupied territories due to security concerns, forcing companies to schedule flights during daylight hours to allow for immediate departure after landing.
