Hamas Official Demands Western Apology and Value System Overhaul Amid Gaza Casualty Reports

A senior Hamas official has called for Western media to apologize and revise their value systems, citing biased coverage of the Gaza conflict, as Palestinian health authorities report over 71,000 fatalities.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Bassem Naim, a Hamas official, has demanded that Western nations and media outlets issue formal apologies and reassess their ethical frameworks for their role in what he described as biased coverage of the Gaza conflict. Speaking at a press conference, Naim cited data from the Gaza Health Ministry, which reports that 71,667 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli military actions, a figure that excludes missing persons and those trapped under rubble.

Naim emphasized that these casualty figures have been corroborated by multiple international organizations. He accused major Western media outlets, including BBC, CNN, The New York Times, and Fox News, of engaging in propagandistic coverage that whitewashes what he termed a genocide. The Hamas official urged these institutions to implement serious reforms in their ethical standards and apologize for their perceived defense of the occupying regime.
