Russia Condemns US Sanctions Against Cuba

Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, criticized the sanctions during a press briefing, emphasizing that they bypass the United Nations and undermine global legal norms.

Zakharova asserted that Cuba will continue its economic and foreign relations despite external pressures. She also dismissed the US strategic policy labeling Cuba as a threat, calling it ineffective.
