New Poll Shows Decline in Public Trust in Trump Administration

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a new poll indicates a significant decline in public trust in the Trump administration. The survey, conducted by ABC News, The Washington Post, and Ipsos, shows that over 60% of respondents believe Donald Trump and the Republican Party have lost touch with the realities of American society.
More than half of the participants reported that the country’s economic situation has worsened since Trump’s return to the White House. A substantial portion also feels that America’s leadership role in the international system has weakened.
Criticism of Trump’s governance style has intensified, with Maureen Dowd of The New York Times describing him as an ‘un-American president’ in a sharply worded op-ed. The recent events in Minneapolis, where the killing of two American citizens by federal immigration officers sparked widespread protests, further highlight the growing discontent.
