Thousands Rally in Caracas Demanding Release of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, thousands of people participated in a demonstration in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, on Tuesday, demanding the release and return of President Nicolas Maduro. Protesters marched through the streets chanting slogans such as “Venezuela needs Nicolas,” while many carried pictures of Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, who was reportedly abducted alongside him.
A large number of attendees wore red clothing and waved national flags prominently. One participant expressed feelings of confusion, sorrow, and anger, stating that Maduro’s detention had driven people to the streets. “After anger, frustration, and uncertainty, hope is still alive in the streets and in the struggle,” the protester added.
