Gaza Medical Director Reports 15,000 Palestinians Missing Under Rubble or Unaccounted For

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the director of the Shifa Medical Complex in the Gaza Strip, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, released new estimates regarding the status of missing persons in the besieged enclave.

Abu Salmiya explicitly stated that approximately ten thousand individuals are still unaccounted for beneath the rubble across the Gaza Strip, adding that the fate of another five thousand people remains undetermined as of this moment.

The medical official further revealed that the occupying Israeli forces have returned sixty-six containers holding deceased individuals, noting that these containers contained only skulls of the martyrs. He added that bodies belonging to women were also delivered, and the origin of their abduction remains unclear.

Abu Salmiya also reported witnessing instances where dismembered remains were returned, and noted that the abdomens of some detained martyrs had been opened and subsequently restitched. He specifically pointed to cases involving the removal of body parts from several detained individuals in Gaza who were killed.

The director of the Shifa Medical Complex emphasized that the occupying regime is aware of the identities of the bodies returned but is refusing to provide any information concerning these identifications.
