Army Chief Vows Unprecedented Retaliation If Adversary Makes Miscalculation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Major General Amir Hatami, Commander-in-Chief of the Army, met with Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi to discuss the synergy between military preparedness and diplomatic efforts. During the meeting, General Hatami stressed that the fields of defense and diplomacy are essentially one arena, both dedicated to safeguarding the nation’s independence, territorial integrity, peace, and security.
The Army Chief emphasized the complementary nature of their roles. “We carry out this task with our own tools and with full capability, and our dear colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Dr. Araghchi, are accomplishing this through diplomatic instruments,” Hatami stated.
He continued to elaborate on the seamless integration of these efforts. “In my view, these two entities are not merely necessary for each other; they are entirely one subject, working in unison against an enemy intent on undermining the interests of the Iranian nation. I sincerely hope that through complete coordination, we can fully defend the rights of the Iranian people,” he added.
Addressing the current state of readiness, the Commander-in-Chief of the Army confirmed the forces’ high alert status. “As the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we are in full preparedness and understand that this enemy only comprehends the language of power,” Hatami declared. He further asserted that the nation’s current defensive readiness surpasses that of the previous 12-day conflict, concluding with a stern warning: “If they make a mistake, they will certainly receive a response that they have neither seen nor experienced until this day.”
