Supreme Leader Declares Nationwide 22 Bahman Rallies Thwarted Enemy Hopes

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution issued a televised message thanking the millions who participated in the 22 Bahman anniversary rallies, stating their massive presence brought pride to the Islamic Republic and disheartened adversaries seeking the nation’s capitulation.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, addressed the nation via a televised message following the massive, million-strong gatherings held on 22 Bahman (February 11th).

His Eminence affirmed that the immense public turnout symbolized the nation’s steadfastness, enhanced the power and honor of the Islamic Republic, and consequently served to disappoint enemies who had planned for the Iranian nation to surrender.

Addressing the Iranian people, the Supreme Leader stated, “On this year’s 22 Bahman, you accomplished a great deed; you brought honor to Iran, and as always, you augmented its power through your support for the Islamic Republic. You have disheartened enemies whose statements and planning aimed at the submission of the Iranian nation.”

The Supreme Leader defined the reward for this monumental demonstration of solidarity as increased national dignity, greater authority, and the attainment of complete independence for Iran. He further urged all citizens to diligently preserve this valuable and precious national cohesion.

While praising the public for taking to the streets and projecting a unified message while showcasing their national identity to adversaries, Ayatollah Khamenei concluded by extending profound gratitude and reverence to every individual participant in the vast, nationwide assemblies across the country.

This event occurred on the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
