Israeli Forces Raid Quneitra Suburbs, Abducting Three Syrian Youths

Syrian sources reported that Israeli military forces conducted a raid on the outskirts of Quneitra, resulting in the abduction of three young Syrian men from a village in the southern region. This incident follows previous incursions by Israeli troops into areas within the Quneitra province.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Syrian sources have confirmed an operation by Israeli military personnel targeting the suburbs of Quneitra province. These reports indicate that Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Briqa, located in the southern part of the Quneitra countryside, and forcibly detained three young Syrian residents.

This recent incursion is not an isolated event. Earlier reports from Syria’s official news agency detailed the entry of Israeli army units into the village of Ein al-Zawan, situated in the Quneitra provincial outskirts. Israeli forces, reportedly comprising six military vehicles, entered Ein al-Zawan and specifically targeted the residence of one local inhabitant.

Following their entry into the village, the Israeli troops reportedly conducted a search of the targeted home. Since the collapse of the former Syrian administration, the Israeli regime has intensified its military operations across Syria. Not long ago, the regime carried out bombardments on areas of Damascus, claiming justification based on support for the Druze population.

Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government, the Israeli military has continued its activities by crossing the buffer line separating the occupied Golan from Syria. These actions have involved sustained incursions and occupation of territories near the Golan Heights in the Daraa and Quneitra governorates.
