US, Russia, Ukraine Hold Closed-Door Talks in Geneva

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that trilateral talks between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine, scheduled to take place in Geneva, will be held behind closed doors. The ministry further emphasized that no media outlets will be allowed to attend these discussions.

The Russian delegation, led by Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, has arrived in Geneva to participate in these consultations. This development comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had previously expressed his agreement with a U.S.-proposed ceasefire plan aimed at ending the conflict within his country.
