Terrorist Attacks in Northwest Pakistan Claim 14 Lives, Injure 25

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a total of 11 security forces personnel and three civilians, including a child, lost their lives and 25 others were injured following scattered terrorist actions in Pakistan‘s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
A Pakistani security official stated that on Monday evening, a suicide bomber rammed a car bomb into the wall of a religious school in the Bajaur tribal district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This explosion resulted in the martyrdom of eight police officers inside the school and injured 10 others. The blast also caused the collapse of the roofs of several adjacent houses, leading to the death of one child. The number of fatalities is expected to rise.
In a separate incident, a bomb planted in a vehicle exploded at the Merian police station in Bannu city, killing two civilians and injuring 17 others. Additionally, during search operations in the Shangla district, three police personnel and three militants were killed. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police announced that the three militants killed in this clash had been involved in attacks targeting Chinese nationals.
