Eighty Nations Condemn Israel’s Illegal West Bank Settlements

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, eighty countries, including China and a number of European, Arab, and Islamic nations, have jointly announced their condemnation of the Israeli regime’s decisions to expand its illegal presence in the West Bank.
The statement emphatically opposed any annexation of the West Bank by Israel, voicing the global community’s concern over the regime’s expansionist actions.
These resolutions, approved by the security cabinet of the Zionist regime on February 8, 2026, introduce fundamental changes to the management and registration of lands in the occupied West Bank, effectively accelerating settlement construction and facilitating Zionist control over these areas. Among the other provisions are the cancellation of the ‘Jordanian Law,’ which previously prohibited the sale of Palestinian properties to Jews; the lifting of confidentiality from land records; the transfer of planning and construction authorities in the Hebron region to the Zionist group ‘Civil Administration of Israel’; and increased surveillance and demolition of Palestinian homes.
These measures, designed to expedite the settlement project and seize more land in the West Bank, were approved with the support and efforts of senior officials of the Zionist regime, including Yoav Gallant, the Minister of Defense, Bezalel Smotrich, the Minister of Finance, and Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Minister of National Security.
