Israel Launches Intense Assault on East Khan Yunis; Palestinian Martyred

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, news sources report intense assaults by the Israeli army on the eastern part of the city of Khan Yunis in Gaza. Palestinian sources indicated a column of smoke rising from east of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, reporting heavy shelling of the city’s eastern areas by Israeli army artillery.

As a consequence of these attacks, medical sources announced that one Palestinian in the south of Khan Yunis was martyred by the gunfire of Israeli occupation forces. Additionally, Palestinian sources in Gaza reported heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles in the northern Gaza Strip, stating that three Palestinians were wounded following Israeli military shooting near the Shuja’iyya junction in eastern Gaza City.
