Former Israeli Air Defense Commander: War with Iran Will Not Be Easy

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ron Kochav, the former commander of the Zionist regime’s air defense system, has admitted that a military confrontation with Iran would bring about considerable challenges for Tel Aviv. In an interview with Al Mayadeen, he stated, “War with Iran will not be easy.”
Kochav, referencing past experiences, remarked, “During the 12-day war, the Iranians inflicted significant damage upon us, and this trend will continue in any future conflict.” He also pointed to existing gaps in Israel‘s defensive sectors and its home front, adding, “We have vacuums in our home front and defense systems.”
Prior to this, Yossi Yehoshua, a military analyst for the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, had stated in a report that Israel does not possess an effective solution to counter Iran’s thousands of ballistic missiles. These admissions underscore the escalating concerns among the military and security officials of the Zionist regime when facing the Islamic Republic of Iran’s defensive and missile capabilities.
