Indian Tejas Fighter Jet Crashes During Landing, Prompting Safety Review

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an Indian Tejas fighter jet crashed on Sunday during a training flight as it was attempting to land, raising concerns about the safety of New Delhi’s air fleet. The incident occurred at one of India’s air bases, but the pilot successfully ejected from the aircraft and survived unharmed.
Following the crash, the Indian Air Force has ordered a thorough inspection of all Tejas fighter jets. Currently, the Indian Air Force operates 32 Tejas Mk-1 fighter jets. This marks the third such incident involving a Tejas fighter jet within the last two years.
