Israeli Forces Unleash Deadly Barrage on Gaza Aid Convoy in Rafah

An investigation by AirShots and Forensic Architecture has revealed that Israeli forces fired nearly a thousand shells at a Gaza Red Crescent and Civil Defense aid convoy in the Tel Al-Sultan area of northern Rafah on March 23, 2025, resulting in the deaths of at least 15 aid workers.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, international investigations conducted by AirShots and Forensic Architecture have exposed the details of a brutal crime committed by Israeli military forces in the Tel Al-Sultan area, north of Rafah. On March 23, 2025, occupying forces fired approximately one thousand shells at an aid convoy affiliated with the Red Crescent Society and the Civil Defense of the Gaza Strip.

This attack resulted in the martyrdom of at least 15 aid workers in the southern Gaza Strip. According to the report, Israeli soldiers fired eight shells from a very close range towards the convoy, and this gunfire lasted for over two hours, without any threat being posed to them or any shots being fired at them. The aid convoy was moving with the distinctive markings of aid workers when it was attacked.

Local sources in Gaza announced that some survivors of the initial attack were executed on the spot. Autopsy reports also confirm shots fired at the head and chest of these individuals from close range. One of the bodies was found decapitated.
